How to get started
Choose your container
Browse by size or type. Every listing shows the grade, the dimensions and the price of the container itself. Not sure which you need? Describe the job and we will point you at the right unit — including when a cheaper grade will do.
We confirm and invoice
Placing an order does not charge you. We confirm the unit is available, check your site can take a delivery, and email an itemised invoice — container, flat $550.00 delivery, and GST/QST or HST.
You approve, then pay
Pay by card at checkout, or by Interac e-Transfer, EFT, wire or certified cheque against the invoice. Nothing is dispatched until funds clear, and nothing is charged before you have agreed the total.
Delivered to your site
Typically 2 to 14 business days depending on province. Someone over 18 needs to be on site to direct placement and sign for it. Tilt-bed as standard; crane or forklift where access requires it.

Nominal ISO dimensions for the sizes we stock, in imperial and metric. Manufacturers vary slightly — ask us to measure a specific unit if a dimension is critical.

“Delivery run-up” is the straight, level approach a tilt-bed truck needs to set the container down. If you cannot give it that, tell us and we will send a crane or forklift instead.
What the grades mean
Grading is not standardised across the industry, which is how buyers end up disappointed. This is what our grades mean in practice.

How much does delivery cost?
A flat $550.00, anywhere in Quebec, Ontario or the Maritimes — it does not change with distance, and it is added at checkout so you can see the total before you order. Deliveries outside that area are quoted individually. GST/QST or HST is confirmed on the invoice we email you.
What condition are your containers in?
We stock one-trip (near new), cargo-worthy, and wind-and-water-tight units, plus fully modified builds. Every unit is inspected and graded before listing, and the grade is stated on each product page. Our Condition & Grading Guide explains exactly what each grade means.
How much space do I need for delivery?
As a rule of thumb, allow roughly twice the container length in straight, level clearance for a tilt-bed delivery — about 60 ft (18 m) for a 20ft container and 100 ft (30 m) for a 40ft. Ground should be firm and reasonably level, and frost heave matters here: a pad that was level in August can shift by March. Tell us about your site and we will confirm the right delivery method.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver from our Montréal yard across Quebec, Ontario and the Maritime provinces, all at the same flat rate. Greater Montréal is usually 2 to 4 business days after payment clears; Quebec and eastern Ontario 3 to 7; southern Ontario and New Brunswick 5 to 10; Nova Scotia, PEI and Newfoundland 7 to 14. Anywhere further west is quoted individually.
Can containers be modified?
Yes. We supply containers with roll-up doors, personnel doors, windows, insulation, electrics, air conditioning and full office or restroom fit-outs. Many modified units are already in stock; anything else can be built to your specification.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express at checkout, or Interac e-Transfer, EFT, bank wire and certified cheque against an invoice. Card payments are processed by Stripe and card details never reach our servers. Full terms are set out in our Payment Policy.
